This policy explains what happens to the information we handle when you use HBTools.
Files you upload
Each file is stored temporarily on our server so the tool can process it. The original and the result are deleted once the result has been sent to you, and any leftover working files are removed automatically. We do not read, sell or share the contents of your documents.
Information we keep
- Server logs. Standard request logs, such as the time, the page you used and an IP address, kept briefly to keep the site running and to prevent abuse.
- Error details. If a conversion fails, we record the tool name and a technical error message, without your file contents.
Cookies and advertising
The site uses a session cookie that keeps the page working. Advertising partners may use cookies to show ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
