You do not need to print, sign and scan a document any more. A phone is enough to sign a PDF that someone sent you.
Step 1: Prepare your signature
You can draw it with your finger in the signature box on Sign PDF. For a neater result, sign a white sheet of paper, photograph it, and upload the image as a PNG with a transparent background.
Step 2: Choose the page and position
Most contracts want the signature on the last page. Choose the page, then tap the spot on the grid where the signature should sit. Adding your name and the date under it is optional but useful.
Step 3: Download and check
Run the tool, download the signed PDF and open it once. Only the page you chose changes, so the rest of the document looks exactly as it did.
Is a drawn signature valid?
For many everyday documents, yes. Some agreements require a qualified or digital signature, so check the rules for the document before relying on a drawn one.
